Now that I've mostly finished my Star Trek Enterprise 3D modeling efforts in Daz3D's Carrara software, I'm moving on to another childhood favorite - Space 1999. Ending in 1975, this was a visionary television series (or at least from what little that I can remember from it) with the same level of spaceship and set design that Star Wars had two years later. That being the case, the spaceships and sets (specifically Moonbase Alpha) are ideal as my next 3D project. Currently, all I have is a partially-built Eagle Transporter to show you, but more will be added sometime in the summer of 2010 when (if?) I have the time, once school is out.
