A TRIBUTE TO DUNCAN HSU
One of my favorite 3D renderings of the starship Enterprise (NCC-1701, refit) is one made by a highly-skilled 3D artist named Duncan Hsu. I found this image back in 2000 on this website (click for link) when surfing the web looking for reference material on the USS Enterprise, and was amazed by Mr. Hsu's modeling, texturing, and lighting work, as well as majestic composition. The above image is my poor attempt at re-creating Duncan's fantastic image. Duncan's own image is in the inset of the image above.
