STARFLEET OBERTH-CLASS SCIENCE-VESSEL
U.S.S. OBERTH
The most recently-modeled of my Star Trek ships is the U.S.S. Grissom, the plucky little ship that started off "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock." The Oberth-class science ship is another aesthetically-brilliant design, like ALL the Starfleet spaceships of the first six Star Trek movies. This upgraded model (summer, 2010) now features all-photographic texture maps, and is completely self-lit, meaning that there are no other lights in this scene except for the lights that are built into the model itself (hull lights, engine lights, running lights, etc.)
